Performs complex activities related to the maintenance of accounting/financial records and the preparation of financial/technical reports.
Title: Senior Cash Management Coordinator Role: Entry level Accounting Professional Reports to Cash Management and Analysis Manager Remote work though we require candidates to be residents in Arizona or Illinois Full time : Hourly salary/nonexempt + bonus + benefits.Pay range: $26.44 - $27.88 hourly . Annualized to $ 55000 to $ 58000Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of base salaryBenefits Overview (partial list) : $100 monthly connectivity stipend. Free Identity Protection enrollment (employee + immediate family members)Team: The Accounting, Billing and Cash Management team of AIP consists of 20 plus members; 7-member Billing, 9-member Cash Management and 7-member AR Analysis team.Work Scope: Contribute to the accuracy of the financial statements and drive positive change through independent analysis and critical thinking.Support the Cash Management Team through transactional cash processing to the general ledger, account analysis and project leadership.Provide technical support to other coordinators and be a subject matter expert cross departmentally when working to resolve client issues.Should independently manage multiple simultaneous priorities and communicate effectively across departments.Essential FunctionsTimely and accurately process daily transactional cash activity to the general ledger.Reconcile bank statement(s) or other primary source documents and the general ledger. Research and work cross departmentally to resolve unidentified client payments.Review current and historical client payment transactions to identify and resolve cash application issues.Deliver excellent customer service by responding to internal customer inquiries in accordance with service level agreements.Independently perform in-depth account analysis to identify potential client account issues and work cross collaboratively by escalating findings to Account Management.Design data queries, summarize and present findings to senior leaders.Understand the impact of key end-to-end process flows to identify areas of improvement and opportunity. Provide guidance and support to coordinators ensuring alignment with standard operating procedures.Lead in the development and implementation of new processes, procedures, tools and/or platforms to aid in overall productivity.Work effectively in a remote team environment. Other duties as assigned. Required Education, Experience, and SkillsHigh School Diploma /GED with two years' work experience in accounting or financial operations.General understanding of accounting: accruals, financial statements, credits/debits.Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) - Including V-Lookups, Pivot Tables and presentation deck creation. Strong work ethic and written/verbal communication skills. Customer Service with cross functional teams - High sensitivity customers (Sales Staff, Account Managers, Implementation Team).Preferred Education, Experience, and SkillsAssociate' or Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business, Finance or related field.Experience with accounting software (preferably NetSuite).Experience creating data queries or visualization (SQL, PowerBI). Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $18 - 30 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment: Except for our Customer Care roles which necessitates onsite work, most other roles are remote. AIP is a remote-first company; however, our roles are open to in-office or flex work if you live in a city with a physical office location
Physical Demands: We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings and office collaboration tools. Employees will have to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity machinery, as necessary. Employees must be able to remain stationary for extended periods and must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication.
