Job Description
The Claims Recruiter plays a critical role in driving the successful hiring of new NatGen Claims employees while serving as the primary point of contact for hiring managers regarding all aspects of talent acquisition. This role is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent for both high volume and low volume searches, ensuring alignment with business needs. Leveraging industry knowledge, market insights, and best practices, the Claims Recruiter enhances the hiring experience and drives process improvements. Acting as a subject matter expert, they proactively address complex hiring challenges and serve as a resource for less-experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle recruiting; maintain excellent relations with hiring managers and candidates and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the phases of the recruitment process
- Consults with stakeholders to deliver an overall staffing strategy that aligns with strategic business goals and talent philosophy
- Possesses knowledge of company goals and competitive position; uses this knowledge to influence others
- Ensures candidate has a positive experience and applies judgment when the recruitment process deviates from standard practice
- Identifies, interviews, and submits strongest candidates to hiring manager (quality, skills and fit)
- Leverage provided tools to proactively source talent and build pipelines for current and future roles.
- Perform salary analyses using available data and tools to support informed hiring decisions.
- Contribute Talent Acquisition projects, ensuring alignment with staffing strategies or business changes.
- Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and provide backup support for fellow recruiters as needed.
Education
- 4-year bachelor's degree (Preferred)
Experience
- 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

- Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Ability to proactively identify and engage with potential candidates using various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
- Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to align recruitment strategies with broader business goals and talent needs, including workforce planning and market analysis.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in utilizing data and recruitment metrics to drive decisions and optimize hiring processes.
- Technology Expertise: Beamery, Indeed Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, HiredScore, Paradox, and other related TA platforms.
