Job Description
The Product - Systems Testing NG - Senior Consultant I is responsible for the delivery of system initiatives of medium complexity including business planning and analysis, specification development, usability testing, and the development, implementation, and use of test strategies and methodology. This role leads project reviews, revisions, production problem corrections, enhancements, and usability testing of any functionality required to administer policy sales and servicing while also working with the Business and Development teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Develops quality control end to end estimates and work plans for medium complexity projects for the focused area of business - encompassing all test levels and test types
• Verifies the accuracy of new states and products, rate revisions, projects, and production problem corrections, to ensure a quality product
• Works with the different areas to build out an end to end testing environment and data solution that connects the different application areas for medium complexity applications
• Builds a library of reusable testing tools for functional testing, database testing, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests and integration testing for product specific quality assurance
• Develops mastery of both internal and external E-Commerce applications including Comparative Raters
• Collaborates with cross-functional areas to create a consolidated end to end test strategy plan for medium complexity projects; clearly communicates the strategy to the business and delivery teams; improves test strategy effectiveness based on production results
• Obtains test data based on pre-defined testing standards and realistic production data sampling
• Performs data analysis of executed test plans across the end to end solution
• Anticipates and identifies issues and risks both internal and external to the project and create the appropriate resolution and mitigation strategies for high complexity projects
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
