Job Description
The Enterprise Processing Support Senior Associate provides processing support and broad knowledge to internal/external customers and business partners. This job utilizes a wide variety of systems and channels to investigate and resolve inquiries. The Processing Support Senior Associate investigates and resolves complicated, sometimes sensitive, issues, problems, errors and inconsistencies.

Key Responsibilities
• Applies broad and established knowledge of job or specific technical skills to provide service, information and procedural guidance
• Manages information and process flow from initiation to completion
• Processes data in accordance with internal and external business or technical protocols and guidelines
• Edits and maintains documentation for guidelines and procedures
• Uses research and analysis skills to review detailed, structured problems
• Anticipates future needs based on past transactions
• Recognizes and acts on inconsistencies in data
Education
• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
Experience
• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $18.03 - 29.39 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
