Job Description
The Implementation & Relationship Manager role is responsible for working closely with new and existing business-to-business partners (OEMs, automotive dealerships, and other strategic accounts) and internal stakeholders to facilitate the integration of Allstate Vehicle Protection Products (VSC, GAP, Tire & Wheel Protection, etc., commonly known as'Finance & Insurance products') into the partner's distribution flow, and to provide ongoing support to partners in the administration of their Allstate programs. Duties include identifying and documenting business requirements, coordinating partner and internal stakeholder activities in support of integration and product launch efforts, performance reporting, problem-solving through data analytics, project management, executing written and verbal communications, and performing ongoing partner needs analysis in support of the business-to-business sales force within Allstate Dealer Services, a division of Allstate that services the automotive industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the integration and onboarding of new business-to-business partners, including collecting and documenting business requirements, coordinating project management and internal business unit stakeholder activities, and liaising with the partner to support their integration, testing, and launch activities
- Work closely with existing partners to conduct needs analyses, research and resolve unique problems, facilitate communications, and serve as the partner's primary point of contact
- Oversee delivery of partner change requests by documenting requirements, coordinating schedules, and managing the design, development, and implementation of unique internal and external projects; serve as the subject matter expert
- Provide technical guidance within area of responsibility to analyze feasibility of initiatives and serve as a resource for team members and project teams on business unit operations, processes, and dependencies
- Influence the delivery of accurate client services by collaborating with cross-functional internal support teams to resolve client requests/issues, implement service enhancement changes, and lead/support ad hoc projects and change management initiatives
- Consult with technical professionals as required in support of partner needs, including communicating with vendors and internal Information Technology (IT) team to coordinate project support for client requests, vetting/escalating technology issues, and ensuring functionality of required systems and tools
- Use Microsoft Excel and other data/reporting tools to perform and summarize complex data analyses related to partner Finance & Insurance product sales, claims, and reinsurance performance, evaluate financial flows, assess the impact of market conditions on partner program performance, facilitate/troubleshoot technical integrations, and identify/resolve process deficiencies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of automotive Finance and Insurance industry experience Knowledge of automotive Finance and Insurance products and profit participation programs
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $62,800.00 - 114,175.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
