What You'll Do
As part of the HR team, you'll support key projects that foster operational excellence, innovative thinking, and transformative change while keeping our employee experience at the core of everything we do.
Key responsibilities for each role include:
- Talent Acquisition Intern - Event Planning & IDE Focus
Collaborate with Talent Partners to drive key initiatives such as OneTen and Get Hired. You'll play a vital role in planning and executing hiring events, shaping Allstate's candidate engagement strategies, and contributing to Inclusive Diversity and Equity (IDE) efforts. You'll also leave a lasting legacy by owning impactful deliverables. - Talent Acquisition Intern - Sourcing & Mobility Focus
Gain exposure to sourcing strategies, internal mobility, and campus recruitment processes. You'll develop content for platforms like Handshake, assist in planning internal events, and build effective sourcing strategies. This internship provides a comprehensive introduction to Talent Acquisition with hands-on experience across various business units and early career programs. - Learning & Development Intern
Support HR's efforts in refining career development initiatives and enhancing learning strategies. You'll help design and implement innovative programs while working with cross-functional teams to facilitate transformative learning experiences for employees at all levels. - Skills & Capabilities Intern
Contribute to the implementation of Allstate's Career Hub functionality in Workday, focusing on career growth initiatives and skills development projects. You'll refine internal communications, assist with rollout strategies, and gain exposure to talent management and cross-functional HR integration.
