Job Description
Allstate's Unified Customer View - Technology Solutions (UCV-TS) team is responsible for delivering new functionality to support the UCV data platform and providing the business with a 360 view of customer information across all channels. This role will be responsible for processing large datasets and providing insights to our customers. The developer partners with various stakeholders to understand requirements and provide optimal solutions

Job Responsibilities
- Obtain an overall understanding of UCV
- Partner with the Product Owner on requirements and brainstorm implementation options
- Participate in planning session to determine technical designs and estimates
- Develop and deliver solutions using Spring Boot, JAVA tools and technologies
- Collaborate effectively with other teams (internal and external) in a very dynamic agile environment
- Learn new tools and implement continuous improvements in support of the Product's strategic vision
Primary Skills
- Strong development skills in Spring boot, JAVA
- 3+ Experience e in building Web Services/ APIs
- 3+ Experience in building Microservices using spring boot and deploying on PCF, Kubernetes
- 3+ Experience working in Kafka.
- Experience working in an Agile delivery model.
- Experience with Github, jenkins
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-paced team environment
Experience
3+ years of experience in Java , Spring boot development
3+ years of experience in developing microservices using spring boot , Kafka and PCF.
