Job description:

Our team is growing and we are actively looking to hire a Cyber Program Specialist, master in area of expertise typically obtained through advanced education and experience, responsible to oversee and support the key initiatives within cybersecurity program; Direct, deliver or ensure the delivery of cyber security projects / initiatives; Develop, implement, review, and amend cyber security policies, procedures, and practices; Influence decisions made by leadership.

Accountabilities:

1. Cyber Project/Program Management - 80%

  • Plan, Design, Implement and Support key initiatives and projects within the cybersecurity program
  • Manage and deliver or ensure delivery quality of Cybersecurity projects/initiatives practicing effective methodologies such as PMI, Agile and Lean as necessary
  • Assess and continuously improve service delivery within cybersecurity program thru effective communications, lessons learned and risk mitigation
  • Report on status, risk management, budget/cost, success criteria and reporting as required
  • Define and implement key performance indicators for cybersecurity based on the services and security controls implemented
  • Develop, implement, review and amend cyber security policies, procedures and practices
  • Support education, awareness and training campaigns to ensure ACG workforce are aware of cyber threats, cybersecurity policies, procedures and practices and appropriately informed of their responsibilities

2. Resource Management - 20%

  • Lead one or more teams of cyber professionals to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment.
  • Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet departmental productivity and quality goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin/ Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • One or more security related certifications such as Certified Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), CISA, CRISC, CEH, or related certifications
  • 7+ years strategic security experience and leading organizational change management programs related to IT risk/cybersecurity.
  • Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Waterfall, Agile and Lean methodology and principles.
  • End-to-End project coordination, collaboration and delivery.
  • Code versioning tools (e.g. GIT).
  • Data visualization tools to prepare flow charts, models, and other documentation used in leadership decision-making (e.g. Visio).
  • Trouble ticketing tools/Service NOW, Change Management.
  • Interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Project coordination, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with attention to detail.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge/experience with Microsoft tool sets in Enterprise setting.
