Job Qualifications

Education:

  • Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Business Administration, or other relevant fields preferred.
  • Candidates with strong research, writing, and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Work Authorization:

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Core Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Legal research and writing experience.
  • Ability to analyze and summarize complex legal information.
  • Effective communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Client Legal Services Paralegal Specialist Apprentice:

As a Client Legal Services Paralegal Specialist Apprentice, you'll play a key role in supporting legal teams and assisting with case management. You'll:

  • Assist attorneys in preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
  • Conduct legal research and summarize relevant case law or statutes.
  • Communicate with claim business partners and plaintiff attorneys regarding case status.
  • Support the discovery process by obtaining records, reviewing documents, and organizing trial materials.
  • Assist clients in responding to legal questions and discovery demands.
  • Help attorneys prepare for trials, arbitrations, and mediations by gathering key evidence and documents.

Compensation:

As an Apprentice, you will work part-time, ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week, with an hourly pay rate of $25. Benefits are also available.
