Job Description
Our team is growing, and we are actively looking to hire Claim Advisor, Auto. To meet our customers' needs, your work week will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm MST. *Note: work hours depend on the needs of the department.

Key Responsibilities
- Review insurance policy and coverages
- Investigate complex automobile claims (i.e.: impaired, unlisted operator or non-drivable) and determine coverage and liability
- Settle claims in accordance with organization's policies and practices.
- Required to collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (i.e. towing, repair shops), other insurance companies and law enforcement
Education
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years of customer service experience
- Previous auto adjuster experience preferred
- Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy
Bonus Qualifications:
- Enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) CIP designation
- Fluency in other languages, is a strong asset
