About the Role :
Our call support associates are primarily responsible for contacting roadside assistance service providers and securing service for our customers.
In this role, you work with a sense of urgency and professionalism to ensure that a roadside service provider is dispatched effectively and efficiently, avoiding any unnecessary delays in rescuing the customer and meeting their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employ probing questions and actively listen to customer issues or questions, showing interest and compassion and displaying empathy for the caller's situation.
- Resolve routine, complex, and unique questions/issues.
- Ensure facilitation of first call resolution and customer satisfaction
- Acquire service providers and provide information to enable a fast, efficient rescue
- Provide high level of service.
Functional Skills:
- Strong empathy skills and a 'heart' for helping others
- Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Excellent level of communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent computer skills, including typing proficiency and multi-tasking between online applications.
- Flexible and adaptable to business requirements for changes needed to service the customer.
- Apply good use of time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred
