Job Description
The Sourcing Senior Consultant II manages roles that are very difficult to fill, and a significant amount of time is required in the development of sourcing and recruiting strategies. This high-visibility role develops, directs, plans, and evaluates the external and internal recruitment activities to satisfy the organization's employee staffing requirements. They direct all steps of the sourcing function including the talent strategy, candidate outreach approach, marketing, and client relationship. They possess in-depth knowledge and experience in client business area and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities
- Partners with other segments of talent acquisition during intake sessions, quarterly updates to the client, and implementing new tools and processes paramount to the success of the organization.
- Development and implementation of line-of-business sourcing strategies; provide creative solutions to satisfy the candidate pipeline requirements.
- Ability to anticipate business needs and adjust sourcing strategies on a regular basis; subject matter expert on industry-recognized sourcing best practices and competitor intelligence.
- Builds, maintains, and sustains deep knowledge and understanding of client specific business goals and strategies.
- Lead productive relationships with HR Client Partners, hiring managers and senior leaders/directors.
- Lead consulting services to client as it relates to the labor market; serve as a primary source of staffing and recruitment strategy advice, consultation, and education.
- Influence and advise the talent acquisition function on new and alternative methods of achieving operational excellence; serve as a subject-matter expert on large-scale projects aimed at improving the deliverables of the organization.
- The expectation of this role is to demonstrate leadership via full engagement, demonstrate a sense of urgency, provide a pro-active consultative approach, and elevate the talent acquisition team.
- Requires knowledge of Canadian employment law and hiring practices.
- Flexible to work across all North American time zones when needed to meet with clients, call candidates, attend meetings.
- Strong expertise with sourcing tools and software, sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems and market data.
- This is a remote based role within Canada within any Canadian province. Sponsorship is not provided specific to this role
Education
- 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Preferred)
Experience
- 3 or more years of recruitment experience (Preferred)
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both French and English to support diverse recruitment strategies across Canadian provinces. (Required)

- Strong ability to advise hiring managers and HR partners on labor market trends and recruitment strategies.
- Demonstrated skill in influencing stakeholders, including senior leaders, with data-driven insights.

- Competent in conducting quarterly updates and intake sessions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Create and implement tailored sourcing strategies to address challenging job searches, including building talent pipelines for future needs.
- Subject matter expert on all thing's talent acquisition including the use of technology (Talent Acquisition TechStak; Beamery, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, X-ray searching, HiredScore, Paradox, and other related TA platforms)

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $66,800.00 - 120,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
