This department provides processing support to internal/external customers and business partners. This job utilizes a variety of systems and channels to complete a wide range of assignments comprised of multiple tasks.

- Process insurance-related documentation queues by verifying extracted data, comparing against physical documentation for accuracy, reentering changes and updating system of record to ensure accuracy and completeness of database information.
- Provides service, information and procedural guidance to customers.
- Handles unique or complex customer interactions
- Utilize established procedures to guide decision-making
- Receives and responds to an assortment of communications with internal and external teams, agents, consumers and/or business partners
- Identifies need for process changes and assists with creating and maintaining standard policy and procedure documentation
This is an on-site and full-time position in Tijuana, Baja California.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required), even if the physical document is not available.
Functional Skills
- Ability to multi-task (i.e. talking and typing simultaneously)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems.
- Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
For this position, we offer up to $ 23,000 MXN. monthly before taxes.
