Job Description
The Information Technology Compliance (ITC) Sr. Consultant II is responsible for executing activities that support protection of data and information. The Sr. Consultant performs analysis to mitigate risks, conducts research to identify emerging trends in data protection, and implements programs that ensure or improve the effectiveness of controls, and data and information protection strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct the analysis necessary to isolate, describe and resolve both real and potential threats that affect Allstate's assets
Review complex changes in company processes, standards and technology to ensure the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies
Lead the effort to conduct risk analysis and/or risk assessments both inside and outside the company and provide recommendations and/or mitigation strategies to management
Develop, implement, document and administer standards and procedures to secure and protect Allstate assets
Lead efforts to develop and implement control procedures, and programs for system and business processes
Lead efforts in developing and implements systems and business control procedures and plans for key areas of the company
Lead programs to assess, prevent and mitigate risk
Lead or conduct initiatives to ensure that controls and processes are operating effectively
Lead a team to research and evaluate emerging trends, threats and technologies
Research and evaluate emerging trends, threats and technologies
Education
4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $74,240.00 - 134,060.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
