Job Description
The ALR Financial Sales Leader reports to the SVP, ALR Distribution and supports the leadership teams in multiple regions in achieving the Allstate Life & Retirement (ALR) sales and footprint plan. By partnering with the individual Market Operating Committees (MOCs), territory leadership and home office support teams, the role ensures ALR Distribution's national sales strategy is implemented consistently across regions to enable success of producers and achieve production credit plans.

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing, communicating and achieving the ALR sales production and appointment plans within and across the assigned regions
• Partners with ALR's Virtual Wholesaling Team to identify opportunities to effectively deploy and implement sales and education strategies to maximize production in the territory
• Leads a team of Financial Sales Consultants (FSCs) responsible for implementing ALR sales strategies and ensuring ALR engagement across the assigned regions, Exclusive Agents and Exclusive Financial Specialists
• Oversees implementation of countrywide production and education strategies to enable individual regions to achieve and sustain business plan objectives
• Proactively participates in territory meetings to drive awareness, adoption, and integration efforts with key partners in Allstate Brand Distribution
• Champions new ideas and initiatives; identifies and actualizes new business opportunities; fosters innovation and calculated risk-taking
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 12 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Education & Experience (in lieu)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
