    • Application: Make sure the resume you wish to review with the team is uploaded in your application. If you only wish to complete a mock interview, please still attach your resume as you would for a job application. Once the application is submitted, you'll be contacted by a recruiter to schedule your session for October 16, 2024. This will be a virtual meeting scheduled through our AI based platform Olivia.

    • Day of the Event:
      • Meet the Experts: Connect with Allstate's internal recruiters and career professionals from various functional areas, including Finance, HR, and other key business departments.

Plan to review the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, and Result) method prior to your scheduled session. This is a best practice tool during interviews that the team will discuss with you as well. At the completion of the mock interview, you'll receive constructive feedback to build confidence in future interviews.
