Job Description
The Allstate Benefits Administrative Analyst researches, analyzes, resolves and responds to customer inquiries; and provides support in the development and maintenance of business processes for customers to achieve desired business results. This role also develops team members and provides training and support to peers.

Key Responsibilities
• Provides coaching to team members, reporting results
• Manages projects and delivers accurate results
• Documents and executes complex processes with minimal supervision
• Provides and implements approved suggestions for process improvement
• Assists with Department of Insurance Complaint research and responses
• Handles escalated calls and research
• Oversees management of suspense account entries using established standards and provides reporting
• Researches, analyzes and responds to customer requests, both verbal and written, including reallocation of premiums and refund checks
• Builds and maintains relationships with employers, brokers and regional offices, with a focus on employer groups over $500,000
• Resolves policy discrepancies and prepares and communicates reconciliation reports to employers
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties.

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $40,000.00 - 66,227.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
