Job Description
The Accounting Lead Consultant to manages complex accounting and financial operations while working with many team leaders and members to deliver exceptional results. This role involves managing accounting projects, workflows, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals. The successful candidate will leverage their knowledge of accounting, finance, and technical systems to drive efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence.

• Manage the registration and review of banking operations, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and properly reconciled.
• Oversee the operations linked to different policies and ensure they are aligned with accounting standards.
• Work with the IT team to create automation for transaction registration. In cases where automation is not possible, manually register transactions.
• Follow up and ensure settlement processes are conducted between internal companies. Track compensations and oversee operational processes.
• Identify and review agent portfolios to ensure timely feedback and reporting on monthly closings, ensuring no overdue transactions.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for all balance accounts and ensure the completeness and accuracy of data for reporting purposes.
• Work closely with team members, including preparers, to identify deposits or movements that need to be addressed manually. Suggest rules or strategies to minimize manual work.
• Ensure all accounting processes comply with SOX regulations, maintaining transparent and accurate records. Collaborate with external auditors and provide them with the necessary information for audits.
• System Expertise: Leverage knowledge of accounting software such as SAP and /or Oracle.

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

• 4-year bachelor's degree (Preferred).
• 5+ years in accounting or finance.
• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA (preferred), SAP, and / or Oracle, and accounting software, with a strong understanding of system integration and reconciliation processes.
• Experience in analyzing complex financial data, particularly in banking operations and treasury functions.
• Thorough understanding of SOX regulations and experience managing financial audits.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English (C1 level), with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external auditors.
• Highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and transactions.
