What you should bring with you (Skills/Experience)
- Providing senior watch officers and intelligence personnel analysis of specific areas of interest by analyzing operational ELINT (and other SIGINT geospatial) data with a focus on daily reporting using community tools, databases, and production systems to create and disseminate products. These products will be published in accordance with the NSA reporting standards, within classification guidelines, and used to update pertinent databases.
- Facilitate the baselining of comprehensive ELINT and COMINT reports for integration of fusion efforts and delivery of high-interest assessments to answer critical requests for information based off operational intelligence and patterns of life discoveries.
- Lead in the discovery of anomalies, strategic events and identify key findings to refine Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) and advise senior-level decision makers.
- Perform detailed analysis at an expert level to determine parametric characterizations, functions, and applications of electronic emissions, as well as to correlate and report on electronic emissions as pertains to scope and purpose of observed activities.
- Perform oversight of SIGINT (ELINT/COMINT) reports before release, familiarity with reporting procedures and ability to draft or contribute to serialized reporting functions.
- Extensive knowledge of national collection systems, roles, and mission functions.
- Expected to work independently with minimal oversight and direction, while also performing technical advisement and/or coordinating team efforts within the SIGINT fusion line of effort.
- Expected to develop and document new tradecraft tactics for dissemination in support of USINDOPACOM priority intelligence requirements as well as other training standards of operating procedures.
- Support a team of intelligence analysts and interface with the government customer to collect, analyze and distribute ELINT/COMINT products.
- Subject matter expert on SIGINT (ELINT/COMINT) related issues.

What you must have
- 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors degree; 3 years relevant experience with Masters degree; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
- 3 years' experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis.
- 2 Years' Experience with SIGINT Collection Operations/Requirements Management (COM/CRM).
- Broad general knowledge of the USARPAC's intelligence mission, and full knowledge of the intelligence collection issues for SIGINT mission subject areas in order to develop innovative, discipline-specific collection requirements in order to address and close intelligence gaps.
- Detailed knowledge of various SIGINT collection sensors, platforms, and sources within collection disciplines, including associated collection strategies and tasking procedures.
- Detailed knowledge of a wide range of SIGINT concepts, principles, and practices, and its sub-disciplines, policy, operations, tasking, and procedures to process, analyze, and report intelligence findings based upon theater and national tasking.
- Previous experience briefing senior leadership at the General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive Service level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to proof read, edit, and finalize intelligence products for senior leader briefings.

- Clearance Requirements: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with ability to get CI/Poly
Bonus Points for...
- 2 Years' experience supporting ground based order of battle within the USINDPACOM AOR.
- 2 Years' experience working with SIGINT metadata specifically COMINT and ELINT.
- 8 Years' experience supporting USINDOPACOM as a SIGINT Analyst.
- Significant mission experience with the following: CED, MARTES, GRAPEVINE, MIDB, MEPED, PEOB, FADE/MIST, EWIR, GALE, XKS, EIDB, SEDB, DX, WRANGLER, or other national-level related intelligence community tools.
- Mission/production management experience (NCOIC/OIC)
