Job Description
(U) JOB SUMMARY: This is a 90 COS staff position and experience/knowledge should be commensurate with headquarters-level support. The Unit Deployment Manager (UDM) will ensure all pre-deployment requirements for personnel are identified, scheduled, and completed; and create/disseminate tracking documentation and process improvement suggestions to Wing leadership. The 90 COS supports Cyber Mission Forces, all of which have associated unit readiness requirements.
(U) PRIMARY DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• (U) Perform and conduct data analysis of Force Readiness Reporting DRRS reports and identify issues and develop concise recommendations for the unit and the Group Staff
• (U) Implement, sustain, and audit all processes in the DRRS system to include roles, capabilities and resources for the unit and the Group Staff

• (U) Support Force Readiness reporting by complying with Air Force Instruction (AFI) 10¿201 and applicable MAJCOM supplements for the unit and the Group Staff
• (U) Use the Universal Joint Task List, Air Force Universal Task List to provide guidance to unit POC's on the Mission Essential Task List (METL) development, METL assessment methodology and implementation
• (U) Train and track unit administrators' and commanders completion and documentation for the unit and the Group Staff
• (U) Gather, organize, and create monthly Readiness concerns for presentation to 90 COS, 318 COG, and 67 CW leadership
• (U) Provide analysis of operational deficiencies and develop technical shortcoming list/assessments monthly for improvements regarding the readiness program and reporting capabilities; develop and maintain readiness program tracking and delivery of requisite support to global units/mission
• (U) Conduct semi-annual DRRS wing level self –inspections
• (U) Maintain the Force Readiness continuity binder for the unit and the Group Staff
• (U) Ensure Unit Deployment tasking are satisfied in compliance with AFI 10-403, AFI 10-401 and AFI 10-244 and related MAJCOM supplements for the unit and the Group Staff
• (U) Guide Group Staff/Squadron leadership by providing subject matter expertise in ART reporting
• (U) Track pre-deployment/post deployment mobility, ancillary training, medical and dental requirements ensuring Squadron and Group Staff personnel are ready for deployment
• (U) Prepare monthly AEF Reporting Tool (ART) reports
• (U) Conduct semi-annual ART and UDM program self-inspections validating 67 CW compliance
• (U) Brief 90 COS and 318 COG leadership on deployment readiness status
• (U) Maintain the 90 COS and 318 COG Staff unit deployment continuity binder in an appropriate electronic Government approved format and shared location
• (U) Interface with Installation Deployment Officers (IDO) in executing the Time-Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD) and deployment tasking requirements in accordance with policies and procedures
• (U) Provide, in their respective areas, operational and strategic support for projects and efforts to modernize, improve, and sustain the 90 COS and 318 COG mission and objectives
• (U) Review and analyze requirement documents, such as CONOPS and Operating Concepts, and report analysis to the government through written documentation and briefings, especially after technical forums
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with five (5) years of experience or MS with three (3) years of experience; or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
Relevant Experience: 5-7 years of progressively responsible UDM support experience; comparable to work performed as a mid-senior level UDM; 3-5 years supporting DoD/AF organizations
Key Requirements: Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications and other current computer applications, internal transactional applications, and the Internet
