Job Description
What we are looking for

Huntington Ingalls Industries- Technical Solutions Division (HII-TSD) is currently seeking a Threat Intelligence Analyst Director to work out of our Fairfax, VA office.

What you will do

  • Provide all-source analysis in support of customer and other mission partners to identify and characterize emerging threats and the vulnerability of the U.S and U.S. systems to those threats. Expert support includes intelligence data application, qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, training impacts, and technology exploitation.
  • Provide expert target analysis support to identify methods of protecting high value capabilities, systems, and personnel. Expert support includes using intelligence, red-teaming, qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, training, and technology; and employing advanced tools for information collection and research and analysis to enhance ability to target threat systems and protect U.S. personnel and assets from those threat systems.
  • Provide all-source analysis to enable counter proliferation and counter-improvised threats.
  • Organize and conduct multi-layered assessments by researching, evaluating, and integrating all-source data in the production of all-source assessments.
  • Provide Geospatial Intelligence analysis to exploit and manipulate geospatial data in complex graphics, textural reports, and briefings, to create geospatial products. Conduct Geospatial Imagery Intelligence analysis to analyze aerial and ground-permanent record imagery or other imagery products developed by photographic and electronic means and to obtain intelligence, to determine target coordinates, etc. Conduct Geospatial Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) analysis to retrieve, produce, and exploit standard and non-standard MASINT products
  • Analyze finance networks leveraged by state and non-state enemy networks. Cultivate and leverage cooperative relationships across DoD, Interagency, law enforcement, and coalition partners
  • Analyze information and intelligence and develop corruption and criminal leads for follow-up
  • Provide an open-source analytical capability that provides real-time situational understanding of threat networks employing or facilitating the use of WMD and improvised weapons
  • Provide exercise support to Blue Team/Red Team Wargaming by providing tactical, strategic, and technical threat scenarios. This includes support to tactical level, strategic level, and technical exchange teams.

What you should bring with you
  • 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of experience as an Intelligence/Threat analyst or manager
  • Ability to analyze threat data and present solutions to complex problems
  • Recent experience (within last 5 years) directing and managing teams and task plans related to analysis products
  • Experience working in deployed environments
  • Recent experience (within the last five years) working as part of Combatant Command (CCMD)
  • Recent experience (within the last five years) working in a military intelligence battalion, squadron, brigade, or wing.
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with SSBI
