HII's Technical Solutions Division is looking for a Team Lead, Senior Knowledge Manager in Ft. Belvoir, VA to assist in aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production. Use centralized and peripheral databases, content management records management systems and shapes workflow and processes. Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage,and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings. Disseminate intelligence products across separate networks and portals.

Minimum Qualifications
- 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years.
- Required Education: Bachelors degree with 10 years experience in an intelligence discipline OR Associates degree with 12 years experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School diploma with 15 years experience in an intelligence discipline
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Advanced experience using Microsoft SharePoint 2013+
- 4 years demonstrated experience managing content - and look/feel of SharePoint sites as a site collection administrator.
- Demonstrated experience involving complex security classification decisions such as coalition/foreign partner support, foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or cross - domain operations.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentationsto diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
- Demonstrated understanding of metadata.
- Demonstrated ability to instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks.
- Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology. Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks. Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings. Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight. Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.
Preferred Requirements
- Desired Education: Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
- Desired Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
