HII's Technical Solutions Division is looking for a Team Lead, Senior Intelligence Trainer to provide training and information briefings to various audiences. Provide an overview of DAIIS services and capabilities to many intelligence courses taught at the schoolhouse. Engage with organizations to identify site requirements for training (classrooms, workstations, and network connectivity), scheduling, and identification of attendees. Provide training for the usage of web technologies at USAICoE at Fort Huachuca AZ, Fort Belvoir VA, and other customer locations as required.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Plans, develops, and implements technical product training programs for customers, and/or employees, and field support teams. Technical training may include standard, repeatable modules, customized and new product modules. Obtains information from customer and technical organizations, engineering, software and product requirements to prepare training programs; prepares lesson plans and training materials; designs product demonstrations; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids. Conducts training sessions, product demonstrations, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. May utilize trainers with technical expertise. May administer tests. Continuously revises lesson plans to ensure course material reflect product features, meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date. May include military trainers.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
  • 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years.
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft SharePoint 2013+
  • 5 years of experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards.
  • Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards.

  • Advanced experience using Microsoft SharePoint 2013+


Preferred Requirements
  • Desired Education: Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
  • Desired Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.


Physical Requirements
Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
