HII-TSD is looking for a Systems Engineer to take on a high-visibility role, working hand-in-hand with our customer to support mission management, process development, risk assessments, and assist with the integration of Emerging Technologies. You will participate as the primary security engineering representative on engineering teams for the design, development, implementation, evaluation, and/or integration of secure networking, computing, and enclave environments. You will assist our customer in evaluating configurations of commercial products to be used in layered solutions to protect classified data.
As an SE, you will:
• Identify points of vulnerability and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Validate and verify system security requirements.
• Analyze system security designs.
• Design, develop, and implement security systems and components, including components for networking, computing, and support environments.
• Assists in system planning, development, and deployment to ensure compliance with security standards and requirements.
• Provide technical guidance in Information Assurance concepts, principles, and standards including definition and use of IA-related metadata and threat and risk analysis.

Responsibilities: I want to and can do that!
- Perform analyses of architectures and provide technical guidance in the development of functional requirements.
- Provide technical guidance on Enterprise systems engineering and architecture concepts and principles.
- Analyze commercial solutions to ensure that the defined capabilities continue to provide the security services and robustness required to account for technology development, new security issues, and new use cases.
Requirements: I have already done that or have it!
- ↵9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
- A minimum of 9 years' Systems Engineering experience
- Ensure engineering solutions for DoD and IC networks are mutually supportive and address key gaps in warfighter capabilities.
- Development of systems engineering documentation, systems requirements and functional requirements.
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI with Polygraph

- A minimum of 14 years' Systems Engineering experience
- 15+ years of experience or 19+ years of relevant experience with HS diploma
- Comfortable with giving presentations and talking to Customers
- Experience in engineering cross-domain solutions.
- CISSP Certification
