The Systems Administrator will support our AFSOC C2MS contract at Kadena AFB, Japan
Duties:
- Provide database, server, network, mobile device, radio, and client administration, operations, maintenance, and engineering support.
- Provide installation, configuration and management of Windows Server Environment, including Server Roles, User and Group rights and privileges as well as Clustered Windows Server configuration and management.
- Manage system infrastructure including, databases, testing computer equipment, firewalls, malware and other software and hardware.
- Maintain Windows-based C2 client systems, iOS-based electronic flight bag (EFB) tablets, Android-based tactical smartphones, etc.
- Define and mature operations and maintenance processes for systems.
- Develop and follow documented incident response measures.
- Maintain hardware and network infrastructure for fielded systems.

Requirements:
- IAT Level II certification;
- Experience with Windows (2012 and higher); Scripting; PowerShell (Windows); Bash (Linux); Active Directory; MDM preferred.
- 4 Year Degree in related field or substitute six years' experience in lieu of degree.

Desired certifications: Amazon Web Services Certs; AWS SysOps Administrator Associate; MDM Certs (one of any listed: Air Watch Enterprise Mobility Professional; Mobile Iron Administration Certification; IBM Certified Deployment Professional - MaaS360 On-Premise); Systems Admin IT Certification (MCSA or RHCSA)
Experience with:
PEX, JRE, TRS, CoT, TBMCS, ADAPTS, Electronic Flight Bag (EFB), AirWatch, Central Hub, Foreflight, SIPR/NIPR/ME OS Standup, mIRC, Ka/KuSS, RF, SolarWinds system health monitoring. IMS, other AFSOC related software applications and hardware platforms routinely utilized by AFSOC.
