HII-Technical Solutions Division is currently seeking a Space/Counter-Space SME to support USSPACECOM J2.

Responsibilities: I want to and can do that!
- Develop, coordinate, execute, and refine USSPACECOM counterspace warning problems and associated indicators.
- Monitor and report on adversary space and counterspace assets OR&D.
- Develop pattern-of-life analysis on adversary space and counterspace forces and systems.
- Provides analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability. Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.

Requirements: I have already done that or have it!
- 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.
- Demonstrates ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
- Demonstrates analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing analytic production methodologies, tradecraft and techniques aligned with labor category mission.
- Demonstrates extensive ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to Defense planners and policymaker (e.g. Undersecretary level or higher).
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
We will REALLY love you if you have (This is the bonus stuff that makes you stand out):
- 20 years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
