Job Description
Alion Science is looking for a SIGINT Subject-Matter Expert (SME) in signals exploitation and analysis of foreign weapon systems. The successful candidate will support the Department of Defense's strategic-level Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) programs. Typical tasks may include collecting, analyzing, characterizing signals of interest; organizing intercepted signals and isolating valid intelligence; identifying the target and operational patterns; preparing technical and operational intelligence reports; contributing to fused Multi-INT products; and maintaining analytical working aids and databases.
Desired Qualifications:
• Completion of NCS courses SIGE-2810 and SIGE-3810 or demonstrated equivalent experience

• Strong technical writing skills required – must have verifiable authorship of TechELINT reports, e.g. ELT, ELS, GAR, and SAR formats
• Experience with and working knowledge of EWIRDB, WRANGLER, CED, GALE, and MIST Toolsuite
• Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (Current CI Poly highly desired)
• BS Degree and at least 5 years of technical ELINT analysis experience or 10 years of experience in lieu of a degree
