Cloud Center of Excellence
FULLY REMOTE POSITION: The TSD Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) is seeking a dynamic leader to join their team. This person will be pivotal in continuing TSD's journey to establish and deliver a Hybrid Multi-Cloud Operating model across multiple cloud platforms including AWS GovCloud and Azure Government. They will continue to establish standardized approaches, necessary guardrails, governance, and ensure TSD's desired outcomes are being realized. This individual will unify and lead the critical member roles participating across multiple TSD business units.
What you will do
Responsibilities include:
- Balancing multiple competing priorities across projects and programs, dependencies, costs and timelines while helping clear blockers to the successful delivery of the CCoE.
- Acting as Prime Stakeholder driving CCoE goals and capabilities while establishing team priorities and setting work assignments.
- Ensuring ethical and compliant culture by implementing processes, procedures and governance that aligns with NIST, ISO 20000-1:2018 and CMMC.
- Defining, supporting and expanding the implementation of an operational framework focused on Agile/DevSecOps organization and repeatable automation with reference architectures.
- Managing diverse teams utilizing Agile, DevSecOps and infrastructure as code principles to implement approved strategy and tactical plans while continuing to drive future multi-cloud agnostic and hybrid data center solutions that transform operating models and capabilities across HII.
- Partnering with business leaders, technology leaders, and other stakeholders to champion the strategy, design, development, launch, and management of cloud related projects/initiatives that meet strategic and business objectives.
- Identifying and reviewing existing governance documentation recommending updates, development and distribution of policies and procedures related to the engineering, operation and maintenance of cloud systems as required.
- Driving automation while improving the end customer experience. Engage customers, learn their needs and teach them how to utilize and be successful by leveraging CCoE services.
- Engaging and helping legacy IT organizations leverage cloud capabilities and operating models including automation and Agile/DevSecOps

Minimum Qualifications
- 8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 6 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience.
- Previous leadership/supervisory experience
- Previous experience leading a cloud implementation utilizing DevSecOps
Preferred Requirements
- Preferred experience with AWS GovCloud or Azure Government
- Experience defining qualitative and quantitative business values of the cloud
