Job Description

Summary

HII-Technical Solutions Division is looking for a Senior Intelligence Planner to work in Fort Gordon, Georgia. Join us as we change intelligence delivery for combatant commands across the globe!

What you will do

  • Assist in the integration of Defense and National intelligence support capabilities, including collection, analytic and targeting activities, into overarching operational planning functions and efforts across the DoD
  • Development of campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time sensitive planning in accordance with the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES)
  • Assists with red teaming, and intelligence operations feasibility assessments within the planning process as needed
  • Draft, review, and edit various reports, publications, regulations and strategic communications for the Brigade, INSCOM, Army, and Intelligence community; ensure formats and language conform to Army policies and regulations as well as established Brigade SOPs and templates

What we are looking for

  • 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience
  • 3 of last 5 years supporting A-ISR operations and 5 years Staff Officer or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication, research, and analytic skills
  • Expert ability to manage personnel, requirements, and coordination of projects
  • Expert capabilities to research, create, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports
  • Extensive experience supporting decision making and special projects on integration issues, including the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior stakeholders
  • Specialized experience in Intelligence Operations
  • Experience with tradecraft and publication and ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information, and independently produce written reports
  • Proficient in the development of IC reports, publications, regulations, and strategic communications
  • Subject matter expert in various GEOINT disciplines
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance


Bonus Points for...

  • Working knowledge of Army policies and regulations as well as established SOPs
  • Specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification to include GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC-F, GPC_IA-II, GPC_GA-II, GPC_IS-II)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National System for GEOINT (NSG)


Physical Requirements

May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
