Summary
Come join our team supporting US Army Pacific, in Honolulu Hawaii! We are seeking a Mandarin OSINT Analyst to support our USARPAC customer.
A Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) Intelligence professional:
• Provides analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic, and targeted vulnerability. INDOPACOM encompasses over half of the globe!
• Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information. INDOPACOM's geopolitical environment is incredibly diverse with some of the nation's greatest defense challenges.

What you will do
- Provides analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, and country, and geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability.
- Provides analysis and assessments of commercially available and open-source data, to deliver actionable intelligence reports.
- Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.
- Collaborates with analysts and collection managers from other intelligence disciplines, both internal and external, to create innovative and comprehensive collection strategies.
- Coordinates with the Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) Joint Intelligence Operations Center, the Army OSINT Center, and other PAI/OSINT elements of the Intelligence Community and Interagency.
- Utilizes open source tools, provides near real-time indications and warnings based on client's criteria.
- Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information.
What we are looking for
- 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
- Experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis.
- Detailed understanding of PAI/OSINT authorities with particular emphasis on Army OSINT mission requirements.
- Broad general knowledge of the USARPAC's intelligence mission.
- Experience using OSINT collection sensors, platforms, and sources within collection disciplines, including associated collection strategies and tasking procedures.
- Ability to conduct independent analysis to support mission requirements and use enhanced search procedures, and tools to support the usage of PAI.
- Previous experience briefing senior leadership at the General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive Service level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to proofread, edit, and finalize intelligence products for senior leadership briefings.
- Proficient in utilizing standard computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
- Familiar with and capable of using social media platforms
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
Preferred: Bonus Points For...
- OSINT 301 and 302 certified highly preferred.
- Managed Attribution Training
- 4 Years' experience supporting USARPAC intelligence and or operations.
- 8 Years' experience supporting USINDOPACOM intelligence and or operations.
- Prior military or government analytical training (e.g. All Source, SIGINT, HUMINT or GEOINT)
- Foreign language capabilities of 2+ Defense Language Proficiency Test.
- Trained in the use of collection management tasking systems such as Geospatial-Intelligence Information Management Services (GIMS), the Planning Tool for Resource Integration Synchronization and Management (PRISM), and the Community On-Line Intelligence System for End-Users and Managers (COLISEUM).
