Come join our team supporting US Army Pacific, in Honolulu Hawaii! We are seeking a Mandarin Multi-Disciplined Language Analyst 3 to support our USARPAC customer.

• Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. Be part of a team that supports the full spectrum of military operations in the largest combatant command theater.

What you will do

Provide analysis, research, and reporting for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerabilities. Translate information to feed reporting of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information. Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.

Perform Chinese Mandarin language analysis at various levels to identify targets of interest and determine foreign intelligence value. Prepare accurate written gists, translations, and/or transcriptions of general and technical material.

View and process large amounts of foreign language material to support the analysis and production workflow of SIGINT analysts and a multi-INT fusion cell. Interface with the government customer to translate and distribute SIGINT products. Perform quality control of reporting before release.

Conduct technical analysis and Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) or Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) methodologies against adversary networks to expand language requirements.

Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.

What we are looking for

5 years relevant experience with Bachelors; 3 years relevant experience with Masters; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.

5 years experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis.

Previous experience working language support with a focus on PRC, active Mandarin DLPT 2/2 minimum.

Detailed knowledge of various SIGINT collection sensors, platforms, and sources within collection disciplines, including associated collection strategies and tasking procedures.

Detailed knowledge of a wide range of SIGINT concepts, principles, and practices, and its sub-disciplines, policy, operations, tasking, and procedures to process, analyze, and report intelligence findings based upon theater and national tasking.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to proof read, edit, and finalize intelligence products for senior leader briefings.
