HII-TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS DIVISION (HII-TSD) is seeking a qualified expert-level Data Scientist to support our customer, U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command (ACC). The Data Scientist provides installation support to more than 50 associate units and ensures security for ISR, EN, treaty verification facilities and systems located worldwide, including the National Airborne Operations Center. The incumbent conducts data analytics, data engineering, data mining, exploratory analysis, predictive and statistical analysis using scientific techniques to correlate data into graphical, written, visual and verbal narrative products that enable more informed analytic decisions. Duties include: creating various ML-based tools or processes, such as recommendation engines or automated lead scoring systems; performing statistical analysis, applies data mining techniques, and builds high quality prediction systems. He/she needs to be skilled in data visualization and use of graphical applications, including Microsoft Office (Power BI) and Tableau; major data science languages, such as R and Python; managing and merging of disparate data sources, preferably through R, Python, or SQL; statistical analysis; and data mining algorithms. The Data Scientist should have prior experience with large data multi-INT analytics, ML, and automated predictive analytics. This position is located at Offut AFB, NE.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
- Analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing analytic production methodologies, tradecraft and techniques aligned with labor category mission.
- Extensive ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to Defense planners and policymaker (e.g., Undersecretary level or higher).
Minimum Qualifications
- 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.
- Minimum 15 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
