HII-Technical Solutions Division (HII-TSD) is seeking a qualified senior-level Cyber Analyst to support our customer, U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command (ACC). The Cyber Analyst provides installation support to more than 50 associate units and ensures security for ISR, EN, treaty verification facilities and systems located worldwide, including the National Airborne Operations Center. This position supports A2 lead command and lead MAJCOM responsibilities for analysis, targeting, and collections, using various intelligence disciplines.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Designs, tests, and implements state-of-the-art secure operating systems, networks, and database products. Conducts risk assessment and provides recommendations for application design. Involved in a wide range of security issues including architectures, firewalls, electronic data traffic, and network access. Uses encryption technology, penetration and vulnerability analysis of various security technologies, and information technology security research. May prepare security reports to regulatory agencies.

  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of cyber analysis activities required to meet mission requirements.
  • Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology. Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
  • Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
  • Review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.


Minimum Qualifications

9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.

Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance

Preferred Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Master's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. A bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 15 years, is a substitute to the master's degree.


Physical Requirements
Job performance requires adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for meeting the requirements of a Systems Analyst discipline. Office work environment normally encountered.
