Huntington Ingalls Industries- Technical Solutions Division (HII-TSD) is looking for a Sensitive Activities Cyber Analyst that will be working in the Tampa, FL area.

Headquarters, United States Special Operations Command (HQ USSOCOM) Intelligence Directorate (J2) and Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC) provide Intelligence, Counter Intelligence (CI), and security support to the Headquarters, Components, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and deployed Special Operations Forces (SOF) in order to inform USSOCOM leadership in the mitigation of complex Intelligence, Cl, and security threats related to the USSOCOM intelligence enterprise.

  • Provide direct Cl staff support to the counterintelligence coordinating authority assisting in the preparation and execution of all aspects of CI collection, CI production, and joint CI operations management.
  • Integrate and deconflict joint CI activities with the Joint Staff and COCOMs, with emphasis on SOF enterprise Sensitive Activities:
  • Provide CI support to worldwide CI operations exposing and countering foreign intelligence services and terrorist organizations and threats.
  • Provide CI support to the command's Sensitive Activities staff and subordinate elements as required.
  • Identify foreign counterintelligence and security modus operandi and threats to DOD HUMINT and sensitive activities.
  • Assist in evaluating Foreign Intelligence Services' operational capabilities and effectiveness.
  • Assist in conducting risk versus gains analysis and assessments of CI operations.
  • Advise command personnel concerning foreign intelligence services' capabilities based on information gained from Cl operations, personal experience, research, and collaboration with intelligence analysts.


What We Are Looking For


  • 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
  • 5 years of counterintelligence experience with a military or Government agency.
  • 5 years of experience working with USSOCOM HQ, SOF components, TSOCs, or SOF units.
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain a current TS clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph within 3 years.


Preferred: Bonus Points For
  • Graduate of Department of Defense or Federal Counterintelligence/Law Enforcement Badge & Credentialing School.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in any field.
