HII – Technical Solutions Division (TSD) is currently seeking a Computer Systems Analyst, Senior , to support the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Integrated Command and Control (C2) and Intelligence (IC2I) Division, in California, MD.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems by applying knowledge of computer science principles to implement and improve DoD/IC computer systems and networks
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.
- Analyze or recommend commercially available software
- Responsible for developing project plans, guidelines, and controls
- May act as team or project leader, supervising and advising with respect to the work of other computer specialists, scientists, or technicians
- May serve as a point of contact for the Government Project Lead (GPL) or project sponsor
- CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors's Degree in engineering or engineering discipline; computer science or IT discipline.
- Eight to ten (8-10) years relevant required experience, at least four (4) years of required experience shall be in engineering management and supervision of a project trelating to the design, development, integration, testing, and fielding of DoD/IC communication systems and networks.
- One (1) current professional-level technical certification (excludes intro or associate levels).

- Microsoft, Oracle
- IBM
- Red Hat Linux
- Programming certifications:
- C / C++ Professional Programmer
- Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP)
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) App Builder
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret (TS) Clearance
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with new Integrated Collaborative, Command, Control, and Communication (C3) of Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) System
- Understanding of coalition intelligence and data sharing programs, techniques, or methodologies
