Job Description
Alion's Cyber & Electronic Warfare (CEW) Group is searching for a Cyber, Command and Control (C2), and Battle Management subject matter expert (SME) to support our business growth and strategy objectives. We seek a hands-on collaborative leader with a technical background, DoD strategic perspective, and close DoD relationships to expand Alion's work with Air Force Cyber, Army Cyber, Marine Forces Cyber, Navy Fleet Cyber, and the broader DoD and IC. This position will lead and oversee the development of a 5 year business opportunity pipeline, qualifying opportunities for technical capabilities alignment, developing technical solutions to meet DoD problems and challenges, participating in the development of proposal efforts related to these opportunities. A key requirement is the ability to network with senior Government leaders and action officers, write compelling whitepapers, and collaborate with innovators across the DoD, IC, and industry. The driving priority will be to win and grow large information warfare, cyber, ISR, EW and IO services opportunities with DoD and IC customers.

The candidate will possess strong knowledge and experience within IW, Cyber, ISR, EW and IO within the Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Navy, and/or IC to build innovative solutions to existing and future Government problems. The candidate will report to the Group Business Development Vice President of CEW. Cultural fit is critical. The candidate must be an active listener, lead by example, and exhibit a collaborative, team-oriented leadership style. The candidate will be a self-starter, motivated, ethical, and innovative. The candidate must be articulate and possess outstanding interpersonal skills. It is essential that the successful candidate develops and maintain a passion for the company and be committed to excellence.

- Experience developing technical solutions and architectures for Cyber and/or Information Warfare use cases
- Experience writing Government proposals to include technical and management volumes
- Understanding of defense contracting or prior Government experience
- Ability to network with General Officers and other military and civilian personnel
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent certifications and experience
Minimum Bachelors and 10+ years of experience, Masters and 8+, or High School with 16+ years with the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community
Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility or current SCI access
