Job Description

Huntington Ingalls Industry (HII) is seeking an All-Source Analyst to support a program with direct impact to our country's national security. All-Source Intelligence analysis is defined as support for planning efforts, from strategic to the tactical level. This discipline area shall include conducting research and analysis, collection management, indications, and warning, targeting, imagery analysis, signals intelligence analysis, joint intelligence preparation of the battlespace, and crisis planning to standing and deployed cyberspace forces engaged in operations. Support for this core discipline includes, but is not limited to, screening All Source Intelligence reporting, accessing, and summarizing evaluated and previously unevaluated information, discriminating threat information from All Source Intelligence into actionable intelligence, and disseminating warning and threat analysis for real-world contingencies. Support also includes researching all source reporting to produce predictive and current finished intelligence products and coordinating all analytical products and support national level organizations and theater staffs for dissemination across tactical, operational, and strategic environments. All-Source Intelligence support also includes communicating factual information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, often under pressure and tight deadlines. Responsibilities/Duties:
  • This position will assist DCSA's Analysis Division, Threat Integration Branch to perform all-source analysis and generate assessments and products to inform Agency risk- based decisions.
  • The analyst will be assigned cases by the Threat Integration Branch Chief and complete the necessary research and analysis in accordance with ICDs 203 (Analytic Standards), 205 (Outreach), 206 (Sourcing), and 208 (Writing for Maximum Utility) product template, Analysis Division Product Review Process, the SOP, and Threat Integration Branch Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Produces innovative, all-source Insider Threat-related products.
  • Assists in the preparation and production of risk warning and situational awareness reports.
  • Aggregates, analyzes, and evaluates all available government and open-source information
  • Extracts and organizes statistical data for quantitative and qualitative metrics reports, summaries, case studies and trend reports

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience, or Master's with 4 years
  • A portion of the experience must be within the last 2 years
  • US Citizenship and an active/current TS Clearance Level and be SCI eligible
  • Experience conducting all source research, analysis, and fusion support
  • Ability to exercise judgement when requirements are not well defined
  • Ability to evaluate information for reliability, validity, and relevance
  • Ability to function in a collaborative environment, seeking continuous consultation with other analysis and experts
  • Can communicate complex ideas both orally and in writing.
