We are currently looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our Round Rock, TX office!

Note: This position requires employees to work in a professional office environment 100% of the time.

Staffing Coordinators work to ensure that the staffing requirements are met and that the highest quality of applicants is maintained for administrative; professional; and management personnel. Responsibilities include working with various clients/projects to assess their hiring needs; conducting initial interviews over the telephone as well as in person; attending various job fairs and visiting college campuses to recruit for the various clients/projects; reviewing applications and resumes and forwarding them in a timely manner to respective clients/projects; and determining recruiting strategies within budget.

Essential Functions:

  • Write and place employment advertisements with local newspapers, colleges, employment agencies, and state agencies.
  • Post internal job openings.
  • Create and update local recruiting reports.
  • Provide initial screening interviews for non-exempt candidates.
  • Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes.
  • Conduct telephone interviews with prospective applicants.
  • Work with account managers to establish advertisement guidelines.
  • Keep detailed records of employment advertisements and ensure accurate information for advertisements.
  • Work within given budgets by tracking recruiting expenses for cross-charging to various departments.
  • Attend and/or implement job fairs.
  • Work with internal account managers to enhance the level of service that the recruiter provides.
  • Work with internal HRIS systems.
  • Work with external agencies (television, radio, etc.) to produce and air recruiting commercials.
  • Other duties, as assigned by your immediate supervisor and/or manager.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position regularly requires long hours and weekend work.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • Basic general knowledge of recruiting best practices.
  • Proficiency with various software application programs, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to work independent of direct supervision.
  • Solid communication skills, both oral and written.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, preferred.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, such as Taleo, Peoplesoft, or Success Factors highly desired.

Minimum :
29,800 USD
Maximum :
47,200 USD
