After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital ('Divested Group'). Nous recrutons un/une Senior SAP HCM Payroll consultant. Vos missions seront :
- Conduite d'atelier de conception
- Réalisation de spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques (blueprint)
- Support recette des configurations
- Formation fonctionnelles et/ou applicatives
- Gestion de la relation client
Votre profil
- Vous avez une expérience significative en tant que Consultant SAP HCM Paie
- Maîtrise des processus de gestion administratives
- Maîtrise de la configuration de la Paie et du post-paie sur SAP HCM
- Bonnes connaissances fonctionnelles sur la paie française, ainsi que le post paie (DSN en particulier)
- Bonne connaissance de l'anglais
Ce que nous proposons pour ce poste :
- Type de contrat : CDI
- Télétravail jusqu'à 4 jours par semaine (100% selon les conditions)
- Prime télétravail mensuel : 40€ net/mois si 4 jours par semaine
- Prime d'intéressement : 5% salaire brut annuel au maximum de la prime
- Prime vacances calculée selon la convention Syntec
