About the Role

This role will executing the day-to-day tasks related to the Company's sales compensation programs which include annual and new hire plan and quota distribution, monthly sales compensation attainment and earnings calculations and reporting, plan exception administration, regular commissions accrual calculations, ad hoc sales performance reporting, and general interaction with Sales executives.

Responsibilities

  • Processing monthly sales compensation earnings/incentives.
  • Assisting with Plan and Quota distribution.
  • Developing and maintaining sales compensation calculators and statements. Calculators and statements used by sales team and throughout monthly sales compensation earnings process.
  • Performing regular audits to ensure data integrity between systems and tools.
  • Assisting in annual sales compensation plan development process and supporting tool/systems setup.
  • Assisting with regular sales compensation exceptions process.
  • As sisting in regular sales compensation performance reporting efforts.
  • Acting as conduit for Plan and Earnings communication to the sales team.

Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's in Business, Finance or related field.
  • 3+ years in sales compensation, accounting or finance, with a focus on sales incentive plan.
  • Demonstrate exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience working with SalesForce.com.
  • Deliver effective verbal and written communications.
  • Possess knowledge of Xactly sales incentive programs and other business tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :
58,100 CAD
Maximum :
92,300 CAD
