• Works with department leadership to document or develop project scope, goals, and deliverables, including project dependencies, project plans, communications plan, project scope, project timeline, and milestones
• Work with the Information Technology Manager to assign tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members depending on the complexity of the project and tracks project milestones and deliverables
• Evaluate complex situations using diverse sources of information
• Lead, monitor, and motivate different teams across the company and interact with staff at all levels in the organization
• Analyze, plan, and develop procedures and other technical duties
• Make sure that all required tasks are reviewed and completed; provide status reports

• Responsible for the management of complex problems and development of processes
• Provide process improvement recommendations
• May review current systems and processes for possible improvements and implement process changes as appropriate, including writing policies and/or procedures and training.
• Holds and/or attends regular meetings, and teleconferences associated with assigned projects
• Requirements
• Excellent and effective communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to relate with people or personnel from different units of the company
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of relevant IT applications and systems; Windows Servers, Imaging, Windows 10/11, Microsoft M365, Intune, Systems Administration, Hardware and Software Support
• Ability to build relationships across many fronts
• Ability to focus and pay attention to details at all times
• Ability to work in a team as well as an individual with little or no supervision
• Able to consistently meet deadlines
• Technical support experience
• 10 - 12 years of relevant IT experience
