Position Overview: We are looking for a Health Navigation Product Leader to develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for our health navigation products. This role will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget, ultimately enhancing patient navigation and healthcare outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare navigation, product management expertise, and a commitment to advancing patient engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for health navigation products, ensuring alignment with company goals and patient-centered care initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, software engineering, and other internal stakeholders, to deliver products that meet high standards of quality, timeliness, and budget.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across teams, ensuring that customer needs and market trends are fully integrated into product development.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, inform product decisions, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and industry standards in all health navigation products.
- Product Performance & Optimization: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve products continuously.
- Product Communication: Clearly communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders, fostering alignment and support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare, Business, Computer Science). Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in product management, ideally within the healthcare industry, with a strong track record of successfully managing digital health products.
- Industry Knowledge: Excellent understanding of healthcare navigation, patient engagement, and digital health technologies.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize product performance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and communicate product strategy and progress to diverse audiences.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA compliance.
- Technical Skills: Experience with healthcare data, analytics, and digital health technologies is highly desirable

223,600 USD
