Scope Summary: The Delivery Specialist (DS) is responsible for providing day-to-day client support in a multi-client environment. This includes processing transactions, following standard operating procedures (SOPs), responding to queries, researching issues, providing resolutions, conducting quality checks, and meeting ad-hoc client and internal requests. The DS ensures timely, quality delivery of work by meeting client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or Reported Service Levels (RSLs), and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) adherence.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Execute daily processing for aligned work and adhere to internal and external audit requirements.
- Provide resolution in accordance with due dates and maintain SOP documentation.
- Work with third-party providers to ensure seamless process delivery.
- Identify and research issues, formulate resolutions, and implement process improvements.
- Develop training material and documentation for self and colleagues.
- Communicate with clients and team members on issues.
- Conduct/support acceptance testing of designated areas.

Role Complexity:
- Work on assignments guided by established practices, procedures, and precedents.
- Follow procedures and investigate issues to solve problems.
- May work on project tasks and conduct testing on designated scripts.

- Minimal interaction with internal and external clients to identify, research, and resolve problems.

- Receive general instructions and follow defined procedures.
- Manage daily work within established guidelines and receive instructions on new assignments.
Competencies, Knowledge & Experience:
- Possess analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Awareness of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Basic understanding of internal and external controls.
- Ability to navigate and learn multiple systems.
Education & Certification:
- High school graduation (Matura) required.
Work Experience:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to transition between tasks and plan own work.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
