The Chief of Staff serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, ensuring effective management of organizational priorities and alignment across teams. This role acts as a force multiplier, providing critical support in decision-making, project execution, change management and communication while enabling the executive team to focus on strategic goals. Emotional intelligence is key to the role, enabling the Chief of Staff to navigate complex relationships, influence leaders, foster collaboration, and drive organizational success.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Partner with the leadership team to define and prioritize organizational goals.

• Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

• Monitor progress on key projects and manage potential risks or roadblocks.

Operational Efficiency:

• Streamline processes to improve decision-making and operational effectiveness.

• Lead or oversee special projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

• Develop metrics and dashboards to track performance against organizational objectives.

Executive Support:

• Act as a thought partner and sounding board for the CEO and executive team

• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.

• Working with the Executive Admin assistant to manage the leadership's calendar, priorities, and communications to optimize time and focus.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build strong relationships across teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

• Serve as a liaison between the executive office and key stakeholders (internal and external).

• Represent the leadership team in meetings and initiatives as needed.

Team Leadership & Culture:

• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration across the organization.

• Mentor and support team members in achieving their goals.

• Lead by example in upholding the company's values and mission.

• Utilize emotional intelligence to resolve conflicts, manage change, and build trust across teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, or senior-level operations roles.

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes.

Skills:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Exceptional emotional intelligence, with the ability to build relationships, handle sensitive matters, and influence outcomes effectively.

• Proficient in project management tools and business analytics platforms.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :
174,500.00
Maximum :
246,800.00
