About the Role
The VP, Strategic Account Executive role builds client relationships, find opportunities, and achieve revenue goals. You will drive growth and profitability while providing excellent customer service as an instrumental team member.
Responsibilities
- Having a background in either Benefits or Payroll. Will become a generalist in the entire portfolio, specifically BPaaS
- Delivering against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as expansion and retention revenue goals. Creating pipeline generation sales and plays, by solution offering and partner alliance creation. TPE alliance strategies and SAE talent development, retention and attraction
- Running the revenue line to achieve annual goals while delivering quarterly linearity of revenue
- Driving revenue by developing and executing the sales strategy for generation of new opportunities
- Retaining clients, maintains sustainable relationships, and understands all of our competitors
- Communicating effectively to internal teams and clients the synergistic benefits of our Payroll and Benefits, and BPaaS. Understands our solution offerings advantages over all our competitors
- Monitoring the overall pipeline for renewals and expansion sales within the strategic account client base. Ensure account mapping and account renewal, retention, and strategic plan for the entire Strategic Accounts organization.
- Acting as a mentor, and coach. Oversees the career development of Strategic Accounts team members through our authored career milestones and performance plans
- Identifying and recruiting high-performing talent to the Strategic Accounts team

Requirements
- 20+ years professional sales management experience and Consumer Experience/Benefits/Payroll/Cloud firm experience required
- Able to inspire the team and excite the organization to rally behind the strategy
- Demonstrate leadership experience leading a high-performing sales team
- Have large account management skills with ability to lead a portfolio over $500M+ in annual reoccurring revenue
- Maintain forecasting accuracy and domain expertise in running revenue lines to meet and exceed budget.
- Experience Excels in the areas of sales methodology, forecasting accuracy, process and sales leadership.
- Possess exceptional presentation skills at the C-Suite level
- Be able to grasps all business areas including Business and Product strategy, Sales and GTM, Pricing, Financials, HR and Legal
- Be willing to travel 10- 25% (sometimes on short notice) to support meetings with clients and team

Minimum :
166,500 USD
Maximum :
264,300 USD
