Your candidacy is currently being considered for a requisition for an Alight Inc group company. As you may be aware, Alight has announced intent to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital ('Divested Group'). RESPONSABILIDADES
- Armado de documentación legal relacionada a liquidaciones finales
- Coordinación y entrega de documentación de personal
- Gestión de certificados de empleo
- Gestión de bajas AFIP
- Sistematización de recibos de sueldo
- Manejo de proceso de archivo de legajos de empleados
- Preparación de libros legales
- Manejo de consultas de empleados
- Procesamiento de pagos a terceros relacionados a nómina
- Submitir información a autoridades impositivas
- Monitoreo de interfaces a sistema contable
- Monitoreo de débitos automáticos
REQUISITOS
- Estudiantes avanzados o graduados de las carreras de Contador Público, Recursos Humanos, Relaciones del Trabajo o carreras afines.
- Experiencia mínima comprobable de 2 años trabajando en posiciones similares.
- Manejo de herramientas de gestión de nóminas.
- Manejo avanzado de herramientas informáticas.
- Ingles intermedio avanzado (excluyente).
