We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a Sr Clinical Project Lead supporting the Pharma Team in Fort Worth, TX, a typical day will include:

  • Clinical Research Project Management (Life Sciences) work includes
  • Planning, directing, creating, and communicating clinical study time-lines
  • Gathering input from cross-functional teams and creating plans that help the team produce deliverables on schedule
  • Ensuring consistency of clinical study and processes across clinical trials
  • Overseeing and resolving operational aspects of clinical trials in conjunction with project teams and in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP), good clinical practice (GCP) and specific country regulations such as site and vendor selection, preparing clinical trial budgets
  • Ensuring study is conducted within clinical trial protocols
  • Monitoring progress and following up with team members and line managers when issues develop
  • Implementing and preparing the clinical development strategy as outlined by the clinical teams
  • May develop recruitment strategy for the trial in program

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
  • 7 Years of Relevant Experience
