As a Senior Clinical Trial Lead, you will lead two or more clinical trial teams for studies of medium complexity in support of one or more projects.
In this role a typical day will include:
- Leading and managing the global multidisciplinary Clinical Trial Team (CTT) who is responsible for planning, conducting and reporting on all clinical trials within CRD.
- Contributing feasibility input for the development of the protocol synopsis. Collaborating with the Medical Advisors to ensure country feedback is adequately integrated into the protocol.
- Independently ensuring quality and timely execution of a clinical trial within timeline and budget
- Being accountable for the development, management and tracking of trial budget.
- Writing scientifically rigorous protocols aligned with the approved protocol synopsis
- Ensuring investigational product supply, Health Authority and IRB/IEC submission and approval
- Ensuring all auxiliary documents, including manual of procedures, informed consent template, investigator brochure, statistical analysis plan, data validation plan, etc. are written in high quality and available.
- Defining clinical outsourcing specifications and scope of work for clinical trial vendors.
- Ensuring the implementation of standard data collection modules, where possible or obtains approval for deviation.
- Resolving issues within the CTT and/or, as necessary elevating issues to appropriate teams and governance groups.

- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent year of directly related experience (or high school + 13 yrs; Assoc. +9 yrs; M.S. +2 yrs; PHD +0 yrs.
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 5 Years of Relevant Experience
- Travel: up to 5%
