As a Senior Administrative Assistant II, you will provide a wide range of administrative duties, and support for two executives and team members in our US Surgical Marketing department. This dynamic department offers and exciting, fast paced environment where you'll have the opportunity to work on new and innovative projects each quarter. This role will be based in Fort Worth, Texas.

In this role a typical day will include:
- Proactively managing supported member calendars
- Coordinating efficient domestic travel arrangements and completing expense reports
- Prioritizing competing task and completing in a timely manner
- Responding to correspondence, highlighting urgent matters, following up on pending matters and keeping stakeholders updated on the status of ongoing projects
- Preparing correspondence, including the drafting of general replies, and troubleshooting problems
- Preparing various business reports including purchase orders and invoices
- Setting up and administering filing systems for confidential records
- Event planning and coordinating meetings for internal and external attendees including invitations, agendas, catering, room requirements and typing/distributing meeting notes
- Organizing and preparing documents requiring the integration of multiple office technology and software applications then analyzing data
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.

- Experience supporting multiple leaders and team members.
- Experience coordinating travel and related logistics.
