As a Medical Digital Platforms Manager supporting Life Sciences, you are responsible for developing and leading all customer-facing digital platforms such as AlconScience.com, email communications, social media postings, and other online medical and scientific content. - Shapes the medical digital communication strategy and its execution for all regions based on the global medical affairs strategy.
- Utilizes innovation to solve problems across many countries.
- Develops and implements strategies to enable business goals using digital communication platforms.
- Is responsible for operational objectives and long-term planning.
- Influences internal and/or external key stakeholders to achieve medical / scientific digital communication objectives aligned with business objectives.
- Leads content development through agency or in-house covering all three franchises: surgical, vision care and pharma; ensures all materials undergo the appropriate medical content approval process.
- High competency with digital communication platforms and associated content including websites and social media.
- High competency with effective communications.
- Drive metrics and reporting to inform medical affairs stakeholders of communication operations.
- Cross-functional collaboration.
- Development and delivery of effective presentation to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 5 Years of Relevant Experience
